Ella is a very obedient girl, and I mean very obedient! At birth, Lucinda, the fairy, gave her the gift of obedience. But this "gift" is more curse than blessing. Anything Ella is told to do, she must do. So, she goes on a quest to find Lucinda and break the spell so she can be free.

This book was really cool. It had action, suspense, humor, and romance. Ella is easy to relate to in her frustration and her sadness. Ella Enchanted is a delight to read for anyone.<
